Q: When do I pay a service fee?
A: If LandAmerica Home Warranty repairs or replaces an appliance or home system, you only pay a $50 service fee. If we do not perform a repair or make a replacement, you pay nothing. Only LandAmerica Home Warranty offers this service fee guarantee.
